Taaj Money Transfer is a documented financial-service facility in FOZAM’s Kenya portfolio. The brief was a customer-service office: public counters, professional finish and operational space that can open and trade.

Project challenges

Money-transfer offices have to work as secure, professional customer environments as well as back-of-house workplaces. The public face, the counters and the operations room have to land together.

FOZAM’s approach

FOZAM delivered the facility as a financial workplace rather than a generic shop fit-out: construction, interiors and customer-service layout treated as one project.

Delivery and outcome
