Bunyan project is a documented commercial office development in FOZAM’s Kenya portfolio. The brief was workplace construction: office buildings and business premises that look finished, circulate cleanly, and hold up under tenancy.

Project challenges

Office-park work has to produce usable, attractive commercial space that performs for tenants and owners — not a shell that still needs another contractor to become a workplace.

FOZAM delivered Bunyan as a commercial workplace development, consistent with the company’s positioning around functional, high-performing commercial space. Construction, interiors and business premises were treated as one project.
